The RSL series is designed for filtration of water, water based fluids, and a wide range of chemicals. These filter cartridges stand up to continuous use in water based fluids without the softening and/or deterioration common with many resin impregnated paper cartridges. These elements are made with an advanced synthetic polyester media, which allows high flow rates with low pressure drops as well as excellent temperature resistance.

RSL elements are available in removal ratings from 5 to 40 microns. RSLH elements have wire mesh support for pleat strength are available in micron ranges of 1/2 to 40. Sizes are available to replace many existing paper cartridges.

Royal Filter offers the RL-AB series cartridge for high efficiency removal of particulates from liquids when a Absolute rated,  high efficiency filter is required. These filter elements are constructed with a special glass-cellulose media. The high glass content of the media allows these filters to insure high flow rates and efficient filtration in water based fluids, chemicals, or petroleum based fluids. The RL-AB elements are ideal for product cleanup when extremely fine particles are present and nominal filtration is just not good enough. Sizes are available to replace many existing nominal cartridges. These cartridge are available in 0.5 and 1 micron ratings.

The RAB series elements offer economical, high quality Beta rated filtration for applications where “absolute” filters are required.   Elements are available in cellulose, glass-cellulose and microglass  media with a variety of end configurations and sizes.  The pleated design ensures high contaminant retention due to the large surface area.  Elements are available in ratings from 2 to 30 microns.

The RN Series elements is an economical solution when absolute rated filtration is not required and are constructed with the same high quality material used in the RAB series.

These elements can be used in a variety of applications including well completion, well stimulation and workover, and waterflood applications.  They can  also be used for many other applications where efficiency is critical.

The RLWA Series Water Absorbing Cartridges series cartridges are designed for removal of water and particulates from petroleum products. Royal Filter water absorbing elements protect equipment in systems where the presence of water is harmful or undesirable. These cartridges alert the operator to the need for cartridge change through a rapid rise in differential pressure as the cartridge becomes saturated with water.

RLWA elements are ideal for use in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and fuel systems. They can also be used in portable fluid conditioning equipment and filters.

The Royal Filer RHF Series – Hi Flow Liquid filtration cartdiges have be designed for high throughput and extended service life applications. This is a large diameter product (6”) and has a much higher flow rate as compared to standard size cartridge filters or bag filters. These Hi Flow cartridges can flow up to 400 gpm per 60″ or 80” length. The inside to outside flow path ensures that all contaminant is contained inside the element allowing for easy disposal. The Hi Flow media can be either resin impregnated cellulose or a micrcoglass/cellulose blend. These cartridges are ruggedly constructed with tin plated steel cores and outer bodies with glass filled nylon endcaps. Please note that these elements cannot be used in potable water applications.

The RFH Series filter cartrdrige has been designed to retrofit the Johnson Controls/Frick Super Filter II^TM used in Screw compressors for ammonia refrigeration applications. This filter is constructed with phenolic impregnated fine fiberglass with wire mesh support for robust pleats.  THE RFH series have been designed to be 99% efficient at 5 microns. This filter is available in Single, Double and Triple lengths to fit the various screw compressor sizes.
